The date of the next Network meeting is yet to be fixed. The last meeting on the 7th June was well attended.
The meeting included a presentation from the local representative of the RSPB. In attendance were reps from the Friends of Sandall Park, Friends of Martinwells Lake, Friends of Denaby Crags, Friends of Grove Gardens and others. The council were well represented to answer any queries.
The subject of Public Space Protection Orders were discussed, crime in parks as well as the future direction of the group – which is looking good and inclusive.
